The small group fitness sessions will consist of 3 to 4 clients or we will focus on full body workouts. When you join, you will receive a meal guide and I will answer any nutritional questions that you may need assistance with to help this journey be the best for you .
You will receive three in person sessions in one virtual pre-recorded workout that will be provided to you via an Instagram private page!
it is your responsibility to attend each session that you book any missed sessions will not roll over or be excused.
