
Hey Six-Week Booty and Leg Growth/Toning Program Overview:
I’m offering a six-week program designed to help you grow and tone your booty and legs. This program involves training three days per week (Monday through Saturday), with sessions available at flexible times between 6 AM and 6 PM.
Pricing and Payment:
• Option 1: 3 Sessions per Week – $30 per session, which totals $90 per week. You’ll need to pay for at least two weeks at a time, so the minimum commitment is $180 upfront.
• Option 2: 2 Sessions per Week – $30 per session, totaling $60 per week. Again, a minimum of two weeks upfront payment ($120) is required.
There is also a Pay in 4 option available via PayPal, allowing you to split your payments into four installments.
Location:
Sessions will take place at Planet Fitness in Oxford. If you do not have a membership, I’ll provide a guest pass for each session.
Training Focus:
We will focus on lower body during each session to target the booty and legs. Additionally, I’ll give you instructions for light cardio that you can do on your own, twice a week, to complement the strength training.
Diet Guidance:
To support muscle growth and toning, I’ll encourage you to increase your protein intake and add carbs to your diet. Nutrition is key to achieving your goals!
Additional Options:
If your goal is to lose 10-15 lbs, I recommend considering full-body sessions or my 21-day challenge. The 21- day challenge is extremely affordable only costing you $40 .
