2 Low Impact Workouts : for my ladies that can’t do alot of explosive movements. My HIIT FitChicks can also enjoy this workout .
2 HIIT WORKOUTS : This workout will be for my ladies that want a nice full body workout with a nice burn !
2 Recipes :
2 Written workouts : I will post two written Full body workouts for the month
1 challenge every 3-6 weeks
I will go Live on the On Mondays and Tuesdays the 1st and 3rd week of each month at 6:45pm (all workouts will be saved and available for viewing for the entire month )
