Virtual training will be hosted via ZOOM LIVE!
Virtual training can be accessed any where you have a computer/ phone and internet connection.
Each session will be 45mins-50mins and start at 6:45 💪🏾😊!
You will need
- small weights 8lbs/10lbs /15 lbs(can be found at 5below )
- resistance bands BOTH LONG BANDS AND LEG BANDS
ALL CLASSES START AT 6:45pm
Week 1 -3 : MONDAY/ WEDNESDAY / THURSDAY
